When chosing a shop make sure you get one with experience. The staff at AV-MECH were deeply involved in the tooling, construction
and test flying of the Adam A-500. Although the A-500 did not have the anticipated impact on the market that was hoped for,
it none the less proved advanced technology and engineering concepts. AV-MECH staff members were there and helped
lead the charge.
If your thinking of having a custom shop work on your experimental, check their background. Most have only had limited involvement
with amatuer built aircraft and don't really understand the dynamics of an experimental. Demand to know your shops track record
and accomplishments. A "paper annual" is not what you want or need but that's what most custom shops give you. Why you
ask? because most shops don't know what they are looking at and don't have the background or connections to solve complicated

Need prototyping, AV-MECH is very experienced in working with prototype programs. We have worked with the development of the
Adam A-500, the Turbine Legend and the Formula GT. Don't go it alone, prototyping requires a multifacted approach and demands
focus and dedication. AV-MECH maintains a large group of experienced associates that can manufacture any type of welded or machined
assembly. We can provide custom built electrical systems and insturment panels. Landing gear, welded structures, fabric
covering and sheet metal, AV-MECH is a leader in composite tooling and parts production. AV-MECH keeps the hard core experience
on hand so your prototype program gets completed and flown on time and under budget.
Experimental aircraft maintenance is not for the inexperienced. It takes years working on a variety of aircraft and dealing
with untold problems to gain the insight needed to provide our customers with a safe and reliable plane. Annual inspections
are thorough and intensive. What we do is not cheap but the results are worth the price. Understand that almost no experimental
aircraft have any kind of parts manual or service manual and this is where AV-MECH has the background to beat the compition.

The Repair
The repair, that's the nickname our company founder was given after completing several aircraft deemed unsalvagable
by others. We know aircraft composite repair like no one else, that's a guarantee!! There is not any part of a composite
aircraft that cannot be repaired and AV-MECH has the proof, call us for your composite aircraft needs.
This Lancair IV-P was hit by a Bell 222 helicopter while sitting on the ramp. The tail was severed from the fuselage and
the cabin top was crushed. Other shops deemed it a total write off, the owner contacted us and we were able to rebuild this
aircraft to flying status. When others say no, AV-MECH says....... anything is worth a look.
